Booker T. Washington And Frederick Douglass

The comparison on Booker T. Washington and Frederick Douglasss views on duress and hurt are quite similar. They both were black slaves who hoped for a better future for blacks that did not include slaveholding. They both hate slavery and the prejudice of the whites and believed that everyone was equal. Washington was once a slave, he neer held a grudge against them for their prejudice against the blacks, and he forgave the Americans and asked hardly for the unanimity of black and white men. Frederick Douglasss view on slavery and prejudice was similar to Bookers. He detested slavery and despised that the Americans were celebrating freedom on July 4th when there were four one million million million slaves in America at that ti! me.
